Terms and conditions
If you purchase an item from the Natalie Gray Design e-shop, you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions as listed below. This policy applies to this website only (www.nataliegraydesign.com) and does not cover or apply to any other website or supplier who may provide our products. Please contact the specific website or supplier for more information on their returns policy.
Payments for goods are taken through Paypal.
It is not necessary for you to have a Paypal account to make a payment. You can choose to pay by credit or debit card without setting up a Paypal account. No confidential information is received by us. We receive your billing/shipping address, email address and phone number, and list of goods ordered.
Items will be delivered to the address given by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are sent to the wrong address if this is what has been provided.
The delivery times stated for standard delivery are based on estimates from Czech post, but cannot be guaranteed.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a problem with an item. We may be able to resolve the issue without the need to return the product.
As a customer of www.nataliegraydesign.com you have 28 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order and request a refund or exchange.
Exemptions and Exceptions
Unfortunately some items cannot be returned or refunded:
Sale items may not be returned (items discounted from their original price)
A slight colour variation on a product, in comparison to what has been viewed on screen does not count as a fault. All computer screens, smart phones and tablets will show images in a slightly different way.
If your item does arrive in an unsatisfactory state, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the details of what you wish to return including your order number. Alternatively you can use the contact box on the contact page to get in touch.
This will help us deal with your return request more promptly and inform us you wish to cancel.
All the information you need for this should be contained within your Order confirmation email.
Proof of postage must be kept as you are responsible for getting the item safely back to us. Refunds will only be made on items that are successfully returned.
Customs on overseas items
If you receive a customs charge for your order, it is your responsibility to pay those charges.
Errors on orders
If you accidentally make an error on your order, please notify us within 2 hours of making the transaction so amendments can be made. After this time, the goods may have already been packaged for shipment.
Natalie Gray maintains all copyright to designs featured on every product sold on this site. Under no circumstances may a product be purchased with a view to reproducing it in any way.
